PPCleaner reads the search terms of the Google Ads accounts you connect, judges whether each one matches your business, and adds negative keywords. Depending on the mode you choose, exclusions are applied automatically, proposed for your approval, or driven by rules you write.
You must give an accurate email address and keep access to it, since sign-in uses a link sent by email. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be authorised to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect.
New accounts get seven days free, capped at 50 applied exclusions. A counter shows how many remain. A payment card is captured at sign-up but nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the seventh day, the plan you chose starts and the first month is charged. We email you two days before.
Prices are shown on the pricing page, excluding any applicable VAT. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your plan is tied to the monthly ad spend of the accounts you connect; if you cross a tier we notify you before anything changes. You may change plan at any time, with the change taking effect on the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time from the Billing screen. The service runs until the end of the period you have paid for. Exclusions PPCleaner made stay in your Google Ads account and you keep the ability to undo them inside Google Ads.
PPCleaner reduces spend on search terms that do not match your business. It cannot guarantee a specific saving, a specific number of conversions, or a specific return on your advertising. Figures shown on this site are estimates from example accounts and are labelled as such. You remain responsible for your Google Ads account, your budgets and your bidding.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not commit to a service level. The Google Ads API can be unavailable or rate-limited, which may delay a nightly run. An interrupted run resumes without duplicating exclusions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit or lost advertising opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may not resell the service without a written agreement, reverse engineer it, attempt to break its access controls, or use it on Google Ads accounts you are not authorised to manage.
We may suspend an account that does not pay, that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or the Google Ads API at risk. We will tell you why.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the courts of Paris, France. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in their own country.
