The problem — and the fix
Bad search terms drain your budget. PPCleaner blocks them automatically.
Turn it on and watch irrelevant searches stop triggering your ads — while high-intent traffic keeps running.
The result
Stop wasting budget on irrelevant keywords. Start growing your profitability.
See what changes from the month PPCleaner goes live. The budget never moves — the share of it that is wasted does, and the cost of each conversion follows.
Their results
See what these advertisers saved and how their results improved.
The difference
Manual cleanup never stays done. PPCleaner keeps up automatically.
New search terms appear every day. PPCleaner’s AI reviews them before wasted clicks have time to add up.
How it works
The AI does the work. You keep the decision.
Two things you do, two things that follow. Most advertisers are through the first two in under five minutes.
Step 1 · Two minutes, onceYou grant two permissions on Google's own screen, and nothing else — PPCleaner can read your search terms and add negative keywords. It cannot touch your bids, your budgets or your ads. We never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time.
- See your search terms and what each one cost you
- Add negative keywords to your Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Not requested: your bids, your budgets, your ads, your billing
Step 2 · Your call, and you can change itHow far the AI goes is your decision, set per account and overridable per campaign. Most advertisers start on Review first and move to Autopilot once they trust what it proposes.
Autopilot
It blocks inside your guardrails and tells you what it did.
Review first
It queues what it would block. Nothing moves until you click.
My rules
You write the limits. They sit above the AI as hard rules.
Step 3 · Every night at 03:00It reads every Search, Shopping and Performance Max term Google reports, works out what each one meant, and blocks the ones that were never going to buy — grouped by intent, so you approve a group rather than two hundred lines.
Step 4 · One minute a day, at mostOne screen every morning: what was blocked last night, what is waiting for you, what it saved. Approve a whole day in under a minute — and anything PPCleaner blocked comes back in one click, for 90 days.
Features
Everything you need to stop paying for the wrong clicks.
Everything PPCleaner does, in plain English. Search, Shopping and Performance Max — every campaign type where a search term can spend.
Your guardrails
Keep the final say. Your rules override the AI.
For advertisers who want a safety net. Write your limits in plain words: they sit above the AI as hard rules it can never cross, so what you protect is never touched.
Say it, don't configure it
“Cut anything that spends more than $40 without a sale.” That's the whole setup.
Protect what must never move
Your brand, a product line, a campaign in testing — permanently off-limits.
A different limit per campaign
A $2 CPC campaign and a $40 CPC campaign don't share a cut-off.
Change your mind any time
Edit or switch off a rule and the next scan obeys it — nothing to re-run.
Ask me above a threshold
Set the amount above which nothing happens without your explicit approval.
Before you decide
The questions we actually get
Can't I just do this myself?
You can. Open the search terms report, cross-reference every query against conversions, pick the right match type, then do it again next week. Most accounts we look at had not had that report opened in months.
How is this different from a script or a bid rule?
A script waits for a threshold: it cuts a term after it has burned $40 with no sale, so you always pay first. PPCleaner reads what the search actually means, so a term that was never going to buy is blocked before it spends.
What if it blocks a search term that converts?
A term that has ever produced a conversion is never proposed for exclusion, and every exclusion is replayed against your last 90 days before it is applied. If one still slips through, undo it in one click.
Do you need access to my Google Ads account?
Yes, through Google's own consent screen. You grant permission to read your search terms and to add negative keywords. We never see your password, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Does it really cover Performance Max?
Yes. PMax search terms exist but sit in an Insights tab with no bulk workflow. We read them every night and write campaign-level exclusions for you.
I don't want software touching my account
Then run it in Review mode: nothing is applied until you click. Rules mode goes further and lets you write limits the AI can never cross.
My agency already handles this
Then PPCleaner finds nothing and you get proof they are doing their job. In practice we find waste on nearly every managed account, because nobody reviews search terms every single night.
How fast will I see a difference?
The first scan runs the night you connect. Exclusions start in the first week, and the saving compounds as the same wasted searches stop coming back.
